For teams

Client gifts and employee gifts need different briefs

The same catalogue can serve clients and employees, but the reason for giving matters. Begin with the relationship and the recipient's routine, then decide the contents and level of branding.

For employees, usefulness is visible every day

An onboarding gift can support a new colleague's working routine. A notebook, pen or relevant desk accessory gives the kit a clear purpose. Team-wide gifts should consider different roles and working arrangements; not everyone uses a permanent desk. Ask whether the item is likely to be used rather than assuming that more contents always feel more generous.

For clients, keep the recipient at the centre

A client gift is an expression of appreciation. Choose something suited to the recipient rather than treating it as an advertising surface. Restrained branding and a thoughtful message can make a practical diary or writing item feel considered. Check the recipient organisation's gifting policy before planning delivery; some organisations restrict gifts or their value.

Use different packaging only when it earns its place

A large presentation box can increase both cost and transport volume. A protective, well-sized package may be more appropriate for a mailed employee kit. A client presentation may need a different finish. Specify the purpose of the packaging and compare the total cost of each version, including assembly and dispatch.

Keep both briefs easy to approve

For each group, record the quantity, contents, branding, message and delivery requirements. If you share a core item between versions, identify the differences clearly so packing mistakes are less likely. Confirm who approves each version and who supplies recipient details. The Eco Urban can discuss combinations from the current catalogue once those practical requirements are clear.
